Frequently Asked Questions

How does your pricing work?

We allow PR teams to select the number of Users, URLs and Brand Keywords they require and combine them into a package that works for them

Each element is split into distinct levels to make it easier to select the amounts that are appropriate. For example, customers can choose from:

  • Users: 5, 10 or 15
  • URLs per month: 250, 750 or 1,500
  • Brand Keywords per report: 1, 3 or 5

If more of any are required, we can provide a custom quote.

What are Users and how many do we need?

A User is a person who needs to log in to Releasd to create or edit reports. Logins can’t be shared. Report viewers do not need a login.

Multiple users can be logged in to a Releasd account at the same time (but only one person can work on a report at any given time).

What are URLs and how many do we need?

Online coverage articles and social posts are added to Releasd reports by pasting in URLs from a media monitoring system, coverage spreadsheet or any other source.

A package with 250 URLs per month would enable users to add up to 250 online coverage and social posts combined across all reports. The quota resets each month.

If more URLs are required, the options are:

  1. Make a one-off purchase - each batch of 10 additional URLs costs £9
  2. Upgrade to the next level and pay pro rata for the remainder of the payment year
  3. Wait until the reset date for the URL count to be reset

What are Brand Keywords and how many do we need?

Brand Keywords are words or phrases you hope will be featured in your coverage, and that you would like to analyse in your report. They are the things you promote in your PR campaigns - for example brands, companies, products, people or events.

The Brand Keyword limit is per report only. There is no cap to the number of Brand Keywords that can be analysed across an entire account.

Let’s say a hotel group is called Grand Worldwide. It has a subset of budget hotels called EconoHotels. A new hotel in this group is called The EconoLondon.

A PR team creates a report called ‘The EconoLondon Launch Campaign’.

The user adds an Evaluation widget to their report and selects from a range of charts and graphs. They choose to analyse:

  • Grand Worldwide (for the parent brand)
  • EconoHotels (for the hotel subset)
  • The EconoLondon (for the specific property)

If their package includes ‘3 Brand Keywords analysed in each report’, then all three can be analysed side-by-side, in order to present a cohesive view to stakeholders. If not, then they will need to create a separate report for each entity.

Is there a limit to the number of clients, campaigns or reports that can be created?

No.

Do you offer a free trial?

After a demo, if all parties feel that Releasd could be a good fit, we’ll help you create a free example report which can be shared with any relevant stakeholders. No payment is required, and there’s no obligation to sign up.

Can we pay by card or invoice?

Yes. You can choose either:

  • Monthly card payments, or
  • Annual invoice, paid by card or bank transfer

What’s the difference between standard support and the ReportingPlus Programme?

We endeavour to provide excellent support as standard. All customers get a full training session and ongoing support. We also have a comprehensive Knowledge Base that’s accessible to everyone. We’re based in London, UK and respond to all requests by email or phone within 24 hours on standard working days.

Some teams have reporting requirements that demand more intense, proactive support, and that’s where our ReportingPlus Programme comes in. In addition to the standard offering, our ReportingPlus partners can take advantage of the following:

Tailored to your organisation’s structure, team needs, and stakeholder priorities, we offer bespoke guidance on reporting workflows and account setup. We’ll advise on the types, frequency, and relationships between reports, and the specific layouts and content that will communicate the impact of your work. Our team takes care of user management, and we’ll create branded templates using your guidelines wherever possible. We’ll also build initial reports, complete with layout and content suggestions based on best practice. We’ll help with new use cases as and when needed. As a Platinum Partner, you'll unlock exclusive capabilities such as Advanced User Management (control who can access specific reports) and Page Security (set passwords and expiry dates on reports). You’ll also receive early access to select new features, with the opportunity to provide feedback before public release.

Bi-annual Account Audit

Halfway through your subscription, we’ll conduct a comprehensive deep dive, reviewing structure, branding, usage, and reporting output. We’ll flag opportunities for improvement, suggest feature enhancements, and share updated best practices to keep your team sharp and your reports impactful.
